Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
Robertsons has one of the most respected probate departments in Hong Kong providing reliable and cost-effective services on all aspects of wills drafting, probate, personal estate planning and international trusts work. The firm deals with both local and overseas clients in applications to the Hong Kong Probate Registry for a Grant of Representation or resealing of a foreign Grant of Representation in respect of a deceased person's estates in Hong Kong.

The Company and Commercial Department offers wide-ranging expertise to meet the variety of needs of its corporate clientele.
On the corporate side, the firm assists in the incorporation, structuring, re-organisation, acquisition and disposal of companies, as well as advising corporate or individual shareholders and other business entities such as partnerships. The firm also provides detailed advice for ongoing compliance with Hong Kong corporate and securities regulations and has a team regularly advising on and facilitating Stock Exchange listings, private placements and other facets of corporate finance activity.
The firm's company secretarial department assists with all aspects of company formation and provides on-going support for all secretarial functions including incorporation and maintenance of offshore companies.
On the commercial side, the firm advises client representatives in the negotiation and structuring of regional joint ventures, distributorships, agency and franchising agreements and also advises on export, retail and trade documentation.
