Robertsons handles the registration of trademarks, patents and designs in Hong Kong and world-wide through a network of agents and associates. The firm also assist clients in protecting their intellectual property rights by use of appropriate documentation such as ownership agreements, assignments, registered user agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Asia is also an area where it pays to be vigilant over intellectual property rights and Robertsons recognises the importance of the protection of such rights. The firm not only provides clients with general advisory services but also advises clients specifically in respect of protection through the registration of trademarks, service marks, patents, designs and copyright works.
