Christopher came to Hong Kong to join Robertsons more than thirty years ago. He retired from the partnership in 2017 and continues to be a part of Robertsons in his present role as a consultant. During his time in legal practice in Hong Kong, he has accumulated a vast wealth of corporate and commercial experience, most notably advising on a diverse range of Hong Kong – based transactions.

As well as advising clients on general commercial matters, Christopher’s practice also incorporates advising clients on finance transactions, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and trust matters. He has represented a number of major banks and financial institutions both in transactional work as well as advising them on their local regulatory issues and documentation.

Christopher is a notary public and a member of the Standards and Development Committee of the Hong Kong Society of Notaries.
