The partners of Robertsons are delighted to announce the promotions of two highly promising team members in the final quarter of 2020.

Pan Tsang was promoted to a Senior Associate in October this year and Natalie Loo has joined him as a Senior Associate today.

Pan and Natalie were both trainees with our firm and have continued to excel in their respective fields since qualification. Pan advises and represents clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs, joint ventures, acquisitions, restructurings, due diligence, lending and finance, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, equity and debt issues involving both private and public listed companies. 

Natalie advises and represents clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs, pre-IPO investments, spin-offs, merger and acquisitions, due diligence, equity fundraising such as rights issues and open offers, as well as listed companies’ regulatory compliance with the Listing Rules and the Takeovers Code.
