Verona began her legal career as a trainee at Robertsons. She is now a partner in the firm’s Corporate Finance Department. She represents sponsors and underwriters in relation to the global offerings, placings and listings of corporations on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as acting for companies themselves in their offerings.
Verona also advises on a number of secondary share offers, including the placings of shares and the rights issues / open offers of securities for listed companies in Hong Kong.
